Within 24–48 hours of submitting your story details, we’ll email you the proposed lyrics for your custom song — carefully written to include the names, memories, and moments you’ve shared.
You’ll then have 24 hours to review and request changes. Whether it’s adjusting a line, swapping out a phrase, or fine-tuning the tone, we’ll work with you to make sure the lyrics are just right before we move into recording and production.
To ensure your delivery timeframe stays on track, the advertised 5-day turnaround can only be guaranteed if lyric approval is received within 24 hours of us sending the draft. If approval or feedback is delayed, production may be pushed back by a few days accordingly.
Once lyrics are approved, your song moves into the production phase.
If your order includes a Rush Order add-on, the 24-hour delivery window begins once the lyrics are approved — not when the order is placed.
